
Kent S. Moser, CFA
Mr. Moser is the founder of Moser Capital, an advisory firm focused on unlocking enterprise value through transformative corporate strategies. The firm advises on strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, and complex capital markets solutions.
With more than 35 years of experience in global capital markets and private equity, Mr. Moser has a track record of structuring and executing high-impact transactions across Asia and beyond. He founded and led Robeco’s Asia private equity platform and, earlier, as Managing Director at Blackstone, launched Korea’s largest local-currency private equity fund.
Before entering private equity, he spent over two decades in investment banking and corporate finance, advising multinational and middle-market companies on cross-border M&A, capital raising, and turnarounds.
Mr. Moser holds a BA in International Finance from Oregon State University. He also studied international economics at Keio University and participated in Waseda University’s international exchange program in Tokyo, where he began his career in Japan.

Franzrudolf Lehnert
Mr. Lehnert is a seasoned senior marketing executive with over 35 years of experience across the Fine Fragrance, Beauty, and Food industries. Renowned for his creativity and strategic vision, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire product development lifecycle—from initial research and viability analysis to manufacturing and market launch.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lehnert has consistently demonstrated his ability to develop and market exceptional products that stand out in the marketplace, outperforming competition and driving sales growth. He has extensive expertise in brand stewardship, design strategy, and global market expansion, having successfully led initiatives across diverse cultures and regions.
Previously, Mr. Lehnert served as General Manager at NiCE2, a global product design firm, where he oversaw brand strategy and fostered long-term design partnerships. Prior to that, he was Vice President at Procter & Gamble, where he played a pivotal role in the creation and strategic development of global brands. His leadership has not only inspired teams to achieve global success but has also led to the creation of products that resonate deeply with consumers worldwide.
Mr. Lehnert holds a degree in Industrial Design from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany.

Casey W. Moser
Mr. Moser is a policy analyst and researcher focused on strategic trade analysis, market trends, and political developments. In addition to his work with Moser Capital, he is a data researcher for a policy think tank and an Associate Board member at KindEd, a provider of social media education curriculum to develop agency and healthy social media mindsets and usage for children and youth.
Mr. Moser is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Omicron Delta Epsilon, Phi Alpha Theta, Pi Mu Epsilon honor societies and is a winner of the William E. Weiss Memorial Award for Economics. He is a published author and holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy. He also has dual degrees in Economics and History from Skidmore College.
